I live in Florida and live in my reefs and I'd rate these overall great! I have had many pairs over the years and unfortunately it seems they have done away with the comfortable materials that made such a squishy soft foot-bed. In the last few years they have started adding ridiculous things like beer bottle openers on the bottom which collects up junk and makes the soles hard. I always bought reefs because of the soft soles and as they move away from what makes them "Reefs" I had almost all but given up on finding a pair to live in. These however DO have some comfort factor and are well fitting and I love that the sole is dark (so it doesn't look so dirty as all white ones) and the top is white (which goes with everything). It's made out of a waterproof material so it's beach worthy as well or gardening with them is OK as well. I wish I had spent the fifty bucks on Reef Fanning - so comfortable - the An Gel is very uncomfortable and they seem to run small - they have a sleeker look - that is why I ordered them - they look more dressed up - but not comfy like the Reef fanning. Never again.
